Eww, have just heard John Prescott's voice for the first time in my life*. Crawly.
Aaanyway, I'm now twelve hours and a bit from my phonetics and phonology exam. So I've been preparing for it:
go for walk in woods
admire ground plants in cinema car park
prowl supermarket
read phonology book
eat spaghetti
drink glass of wine
play on Internet
update LJ
drink nother glass of wine
read phonetics book (if time)
go to bed
* intruding on a Radio 3 programme, Jonathan Glancey talking about Thames Gateway. I simply don't use any form of media likely to involve politicians' voices.
